SITC of 45W (±3W) LED streetlight having single piece housing made of pressure die-cast aluminium allow (ADC12/LM6). The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have Integrated polycarbonate front cover/lens only. The luminaire shall have dusk to dawn feature (Auto switch on & off) basis longitude & latitude. The luminaire shall be IP66 & IK07 compliant. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. Control gear compartments shall be top maintainable only. The LED luminaire shall use LEDs with CCT 5700°K, CR≥70, SDCM≤5 & Life of 50K Hrs @ L70B50. The luminaire shall deliver minimum system efficacy of 120lm/w. The luminaire shall use Potted driver having THD≤ 10% (@ full load), PF≥ 0.95 (@full load), can survive Input voltage stress 440V for 8 Hrs, can survive Input voltage stress 320V for 48 Hrs, can survive Input voltage stress 100V for 48 Hrs, High Voltage cut-off @ 325V (±15V) with auto re-start at 300V to 315V, Low voltage cut-off ≤ 95V with Auto-Restart at 95V to 100V, Operating voltage of 140V to 270V, In-built Surge Protection of 4KV. The LED driver shall have efficiency ≥85%. The LED driver shall be BIS registered. The luminaire shall have 10KV SPD placed in-side the control gear box of the luminaire. The luminaire shall have Electrical Insulation of Class I. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79 as per 2019 standard, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer within 05 days of award of LOI. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approval: LM79 as per 2019 standard issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, IK Test report for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver. Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of high-quality integrated LED Street Light with system wattage of 70W (±3W). The luminaire shall have dusk to dawn feature (Auto switch on & off) basis longitude & latitude. The luminaire should have minimum system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt for the measured lumen output or system wattage. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤5 and CRI≥70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC12 Alloy, non-corrosive Single Piece pressure die-cast aluminum, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of “Single Piece Pressure Die-cast housing” & shall not be bolted/welded/mechanically joined to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The luminaire shall have Integrated IP66 polycarbonate front cover/lens. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. The luminaire LED shall have declared Lifetime of 75K hours@L70. Product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistance shall be IK10. The Luminaire should have a minimum 10 KV/5KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 5KA rating i.e. Total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The LED used in the luminaire shall be SMD type only & shall be from either Lumileds, Osram, Nichia, Signify, APT Electronics Co. Ltd., CREE make or equivalent. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall be replaceable. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF≥0.95 @full load, THD ≤10% @ full load, In-built surge protection of 4KV. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs., should have an auto shutdown/cut-off at less than 90V & 325V(±15V) and have an auto recovery feature. The driver shall comply to IEC61547 & IEC 61000-3-2. The driver shall be EMI/EMC Complied as per EN55015/CISPR15. The luminaire shall be able to give Constant Light output (CLO) between voltage range of 140V to 277V. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79 as per 2019 standard, Type test as per IS10322, "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322 & IK Test.
