Complete shutdown of power supply from the receiving station then dismantling the whole link mechanism (33KV isolator) of 1.6 MVA HT Transformer by using Highly skilled labour at LIS Lethpora stage-3rd. The job includes providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of a 33 KV double break isolator for the above-mentioned receiving station. The isolators shall have three posts per phase, gang operated and the isolator shall be double break type. The isolators shall operate through 90 degrees from their fully closed position to fully open position so that break is distinct and clearly visible from the ground level. The equipment shall be designed for a normal current rating Of 800 Ampère, for 33 KV suitable for continuous service at the system voltage specified. The isolators and isolator cum earthing switches shall comply with the requirements of IS 9921 (as amended up to date). It shall be fully assembled. Typical operations shall be carried out on each type of fully assembled isolator to ascertain that all parts fit correctly and function satisfactorily. The job includes providing and fitting of all the accessories like GI pipes, GI nuts & bolts of required size. The isolator shall be provided with a name plate which shall carry the information of rated voltage, rated current etc. The job includes testing of the same on full load.
