The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date.
2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for these Eligibility requirements are:
- 80% of bid quantity for Past Performance
- At least one of the last three Financial years for Past Performance Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes:
- Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document
- Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period
- Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates - OEM Authorization Certificate
- Compliance with Indian Standards (equivalent to international certifications)
