The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/ State Govt Organisation/ PSU/ Public Listed Company for at least one/ two years before the Bid opening date.
2. Past Performance: The bidder should have a past performance of 50%. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are:
* Minimum 1000 VLANs (as Per IEEE 802.1Q) shall be supported. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. The offered product or any Product from the offered product family or product series must be certified as per Section-3 Part- B MER Switch Detailed Technical Specifications of Defence Network (NFS ) Tender.
2. The bidder should practice the following certifications: (i) rso e001 2015 (ii) cERT-lN 3. TEC approval certificate OR Quality Assurance Certificate from any recognized national/ international agency e.g., TEC/DQPA/RAIL TEC/ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
