Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth/ above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more incl. of all carriages complete.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement Mortar 1:3( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Roof Panels PUF insulated continuous sandwich panels for corrugated roof of total minimum thickness 30/64mm and width 1.0m made out from continue line method. Panel has 0.50 mm pre-coated GI sheet on both sides of Polyurethene foam with external face being corrugated in shape for GI and PU Foam both materials. The crest height of the panel will be minimum 34mm with 250mm c/c pitch. The pre-coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade conforming to IS:14246:1995 and having zinc coating of minimum 120GSM as per IS:277:1992, 5-7microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective gaurd film of minimum 25 micron to avoid scratches while transportation. The roof panels are laid over a frame work of trusses, columns and panels fixed using self-drilling bolts with rubber washer. The PU Foam shall be slef extinguishing fire-retardant type having minimum density of 40 plus or minus 2kg/m3

Providing and fixing wall panels PUF insulated continuous sandwich panels for wall of total thickness 0.50mm and width 1.0m made out from continue line on automatic plant. Panel has 0.50 mm pre-coated GI sheet on both sides of Polyurethene foam conforming to IS:12436:1988. The pre-coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade conforming to IS:14246:1995 and having zinc coating of minimum 120GSM as per IS:277:1992, 5-7microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective gaurd film of minimum 25 micron to avoid scratches while transportation. The panel will be vertically joined together by tongue and groove joints. The PU Foam shall be slef extinguishing fire-retardant type having minimum density of 40 plus or minus 2kg/m3

Providing and fixing of ridges for external and internal side of roof joined on top side. The ridge will be made out of 0.50mm thick pre-coated GI sheets. The pre-coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade conforming to IS:14246:1995 and having zinc coating of minimum 120GSM as per IS:277:1992, 5-7microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective gaurd film of minimum 25 micron to avoid scratches while transportation. The ridge shall be fixed with suitable POP rivets/nails with minimum spacing of 450mm.

Providing and fixing bottom and top U-track of size 40mm x 52mm x 40mm with internal and external flushing 50mm x 50mm. The flushings shall be made out of 0.50mm pre-coated GI sheet. The pre-coated sheet shall be minimum 240 mpa steel grade conforming to IS:14246:1995 and having zinc coating of minimum 120GSM as per IS:277:1992, 5-7microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 micron. The PPGI sheet shall have plastic protective gaurd film of minimum 25 micron to avoid scratches while transportation. The U-track will be fixed with suitable POP rivets on top and sides and nails/expandible fasteners with minmum spacing of 450mm on floor.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .
