Providing and fitting of 2 H.P three phase mono-block Horizontal Centrifugal pumping unit for priming of 3 no’s Horizontal Centrifugal pump sets at Lift Irrigation Scheme Talwara. The pumping unit shall be of Standard make (ISI mark). Providing /Fitting of G.I pipes for suction and delivery of size 50 mm & 40 mm dia. respectively, ball valves 3 no’s, foot valve 1 no., P.V.C cable of required size and length, tees, G.I bends, sockets, elbows, flanges of required quantity etc. as per site requirement. The mono-block pump shall be mounted on suitable M.S angle frame and properly anchored. Job includes the cost of material, transportation and hire charges of tools & tackles and charges for skilled & semi skilled labour required for the job. Transportation includes hire charges of tractor trolley and head load for the carriage of various material. (Complete job)

Providing/Laying of 48mtr.approx. M.S suction pipe 200 mm dia. by way of fabrication of 3 nos. M.S pipe bends of suitable angle as per the site conditions. The M.S pipe should be of Standard make (ISI mark). Job include providing/fitting of M.S flanges 200mm dia. as per site requirement of standard thickness which are to be circumferentially welded at two ends of bends and pipes with the ISI marked welded electrodes. Flanges to have suitable drilled holes to match with the joining ends and is faced for perfect fitting. Fitting of one no. bend with the suction side of each pump by P/F of rubber gaskets & nuts- bolts and then laying of the suction pipes with the fitting of other bend and flanged pipes as per the site requirement. All other pipes without flanges are to be circumferentially welded with each other after making proper alignment. Fitting of foot valves of 200 mm dia. with the each flanged suction pipe by P/F of rubber washers & nuts-bolts after making proper alignment. b) Providing/Laying of 30mtr.approx. delivery pipe 150 mm dia. by fabrication of required no.s of MS pipe bends of suitable angle as per site conditions. The M.S pipe should be of Standard make (ISI mark). Job includes P/F of M.S. flanges 150 mm dia. of suitable thickness which are to be circumferentially welded at two ends of bends and delivery pipes with ISI marked welded electrodes. Flanges to have suitable drilled holes to match with the joining ends & is faced for perfect fitting. Fitting one no bend with delivery side of each pump by P/F of rubber gaskets & nuts-bolts. Providing and Fitting of sluice valves and reflux valves 150 mm dia. with the each flanged pipes by P/F of rubber washers & nuts-bolts. & then laying of delivery pipe with the fitting of other bends as per site requirement. All other pipes without flanges are to be circumferentially welded with each other and laid after making proper alignment. The delivery pipes should be properly aligned to make Y- junction to be welded with the 400 mm dia. Rising main. c) Fabrication & Fitting of appropriate no. of supports for Suction & delivery pipes. Supports fabricated out of M.S. angle 50 x50 x6mm as per site requirement. The supports should have proper pads for anchorage & the pads of the supports to be embedded in proper concrete blocks at site. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges for fabrication & fitting charges of supports at site. All the welding works should be done with ISI marked M.S. Welding electrodes and welds to be free of spurts and gaps. All the slag to be removed by chipping. Complete Job includes cost of material i.e. welding electrodes, hire and to & fro carriage charges of Oxy-acetylene gas equipment, D.G. Welding set and other tools & tackles required for the job. Job also includes cost of fabrication of flanges by lathe machine and beveling of pipes by hand grinders wherever required and labour charges for skilled and semi-skilled labour. Complete job.

Complete painting of M.S. suction, delivery pipe-lines & other exposed parts of 3Nos. Horizontal Centrifugal pump sets of 3.5 cusec discharge each installed at LIS Talwara by way of removing the rust/dirt from the outer surface of the pipes, bends, flanges, reflux valves, sluice valves, foot valves, nut & bolts by sanding away with emery/sand papers/steel wire brush, cleaning & making the surface smooth for painting then apply one coat of primer red oxide & two coats of black bituminous paint on all exposed parts. Job includes the cost of material & labour charges for skilled & semi- skilled labour at site. (Complete Job).
