CMMI 5 10. Cyber Security Certificate 11. UL Marking on Cable Additionally, the bidder needs to provide documents such as: 1. Copies of relevant contracts to support having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial year. 2. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. 3. Self-certification that no malicious code is present in the hardware and software. 4. Manufacture authorization letter confirming that the bidder is authorized to quote the products of OEM and the product should comply with the requirements of the department as per specifications given in the tender document. 5. Certificate that the proposed model of CCTV products must not become obsolete within a period of 3 years. 6. No deviation certificate if there is no deviation from the specification.
