Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 7-meter Octagonal GI Poles fabricated from S-355JO grade steel sheets, folded lengthwise to achieve an octagonal shape, with a single longitudinal seam weld and hot-dipped galvanization (internal and external) as per IS 2629. The poles will have dimensions of 70 mm top diameter, 130 mm bottom diameter, and 3 mm thickness, with a base plate size of 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm. Each pole shall include a weatherproof flush door with locking arrangements with 1 nos "C" curve 6A, SP MCB and a GI one-meter single-side arm bracket. The RCC foundation work will be executed as per the attached drawing and pre-approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. It includes excavation of the pit to the required depth, dressing and providing 200 mm thick dry stone pitching, and laying a base layer of 75 mm thick M-10 grade concrete (1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). The RCC structure will be reinforced with TMT bars, comprising 4 nos. of 16 mm dia. and 4 nos. of 12 mm dia. bars for main reinforcement, and 8 mm dia. ties at 150 mm c/c. Centering, shuttering, and propping will be provided and removed after completion. Two 32 mm, 0.6 Mtr PLB HDPE pipes. The RCC footing and pedestal will be cast with M-25 grade concrete 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources, incorporating 4 nos. of M20 x 600 mm long J-type steel foundation bolts, and cured for 7 days. The foundation dimensions include a footing size of 900 mm x 900 mm x 350 mm thick, pedestal size of 350 mm x 350 mm, and a foundation depth of 1000 mm from the finished ground level. Fabricating, supplying, installation and testing of 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz A.C. outdoor type compartmentalized, totally enclosed and Double Door type, weather proof / vermin proof floor mounted feeder pillar of size 750 mm x 600 mm x 300 mm to accommodate the following mountings thereon. It shall be fabricated from 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm angle iron (where ever necessary ) frame work and 2 mm thick CRCA sheet complete with hinged doors (both side) having locking arrangement and providing detachable gland plate at the bottom of the panel, complete with 200 Amp 4 Nos strip Aluminium bus bar, 01 no. 100 Amps, 25 KA, 4P, MCCB incomer, 03 Nos. 63 Amp 4P Isolator, 02 nos. 63 amp DP Isolator outgoing (L&T/Havells/ABB/Siemens/C&S make), inter-connections with suitable size of copper conductor, earthling, testing and commissioning etc as required. The panel shall be painted with one coat of approved quality of anticorrosive primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & shade and supplied with suitable pedestal of 40mm x 40 mm x 5 mm angle iron frame with 600 mm long legs . The panel shall be mounted on suitable brick / cement concrete foundation 30 cms below ground level and 30 cms above ground including finishing etc complete as required.
