Cleaning and sanitation round the cloak of Temple Complex & Langar Complex in side ,Temple outside, Langar Kitechen, Dining Hall, VIP room and Entry Exit and utensil washing area:- Providing and applying brooming and wet moping at every hour interval daily from 4.00 am to 10 pm. or round the clock during fair days. Service Provider shall ensure cleaning of every area of as described scope of work including all furniture and furnishings, grills, windows, air conditioner, sign boards, notice boards, switch boards, lifts, fire fighting equipments, CCTV, Public address system bathrooms ,toilets etc. Utensil washing area should be cleaned regularly at one hour interval with lifting solid waste from langer and disposing it at stacking site as approved by M.C. Shri Naina Devi ji. Water coolers & its surroundings will be cleaned once daily. Terraces:- Providing and applying brooming & moping once in daily. Electrical fittings, Public address system, CCTV cameras; fire extinguishers should be cleaned once in a month. Phenyl be sprinkle every third day on terraces especially where terraces are stinking. Rain water pipes are opened if chocked immediately. 1. There should not be litter, no surface stain, no dust, no odour. Work will be executed up to the satisfaction of the In-charge. 2. Cleaning of drains waste water pipes, bottle/floor traps jails etc. 4. Cleaning of staircase lifts and ensures the area is mopped and railings cleaned. 5. Clean all unwanted materials collect & dispose at scheduled/appropriate place. 6. Maintain all toilets in hygienic and odourless condition. 7. Damp dusting chairs, tables, panes, telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, computers and other office automation equipments. 8. Clean the dust bins and disposal of waste material. 9. Supply of sanitation & housekeeping consumables e.g. toilet papers, disinfectants, cleaning chemicals, plastic mugs etc. 10. Washing & facade cleaning the entire Temple & Langar complex in a scheduled manner once in a week with soap and water.-(Gang Washing) 11. Scrubbing of entire premises, side walls, marble surfaces and tiles once in fortnight in Temple and Langar complex.

Matri Anchal, Matri Chhaya, Matri Sharan, T.O. Office, Matri Sadan, Sarai No.1,2,4, Cloak room at bus stand and near Temple Camp House in sector 4 ,6 & 7:- Providing and applying brooming and wet moping twice in a day. Cleaning of electrical appliances, fire extinguishers, bath room/toilet fittings, drinking water spots, water coolers once in days. Cleaning of all glass panes and wire gauge fixed in buildings once in a month. Lifting solid waste from building complex and disposing it at stacking site as approved by M.C. Shri Naina Devi ji. Service Provider shall ensure cleaning of every area of as described in scope of work including all furniture and furnishings, grills, windows, air conditioner, sign boards, notice boards, switch boards, lifts, fire fighting equipments, CCTV, Public address system etc. Phenyl and lime be spread every third day on paths. Especially where spots are stinking Drinking water areas & Toilet Complexes Being Constructed By Trust:- 17 no Toilet complexes being constructed by Temple Trust Shri Naina Devi Ji & drinking water spots constructed along pedestrian paths will be maintain and all toilets in hygienic and odour less conditions by hourly cleaning.
