The plant should be completely automated with PLC - SCADA, OCEMS complete from Primary, secondary and Tertiary treatment etc price of items including GST and payment will be released on prorata basis complete as per Direction of Er-in Charge.(Schedule -B)

Operation and Maintenance cost of 2.0 MLD STP including entire Network of 27 Km of various diameter for 5 Years which includes cost of manpower, Chemicals and consumables, Residual disposal charges (Transportation) and repair & maintanence excluding three years defects liability period (from 4th year of Operation and Maintanence contract complete in all respect as per direction of Er-in-Charge.(Schedule -C)
