Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510 using S-90 (Ninety) or VG-10 (VISCOSITY GRADE TEN) paving bitumen at the rate of 6.8kg per ten square metre (Six point eight kilogramme per ten square metre) premix with 0.06 cum (Zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregates per ten square metre heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with paver road roller 80-100 KN (Eighty-hundred) capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials equipment required to execute the work at site complete in all respect including entire carriage of mateial with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying evenly priming coat with low porosity bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clasue 502 as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
