Providing and applying evenly priming coat with low porosity bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clasue 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler specified material VG-30 at the rate 5.4 (five point four ) per cent of mix prepared with addition of silane Nonotechology (ZycoTherm) at the rate of 2% ( two percent) by weight of bitumen in bitumen and filler as per job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm ( two hundred fifty gram per square metre ) area, thickness of 2.5 mm ( two point five milimetre ) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
