Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302,1602,1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus un-useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 99.00 cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre amounting to Rs.29,700/-only shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in Foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto all lead & left, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead (Ordinary roack) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) (sevety five millimeter to zero point zero seven five millimeter) having CBR Value-30 complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Banking excavated earth in layer upto all hight and depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne ( one and half ) roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 (eight) tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to all floor level, including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point five coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .
