Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density W.B.M.grading - III as per Technical Specification Clause 405 including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) grade on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick ( Twenty five milimetre thick) bituminous concrete using plastic waste with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, antistripping agent @ 0.1% of bituminous binder VG-30 ( as per I.S. 14982/2017 clause 5.2 in accordance with I.S. 6241) & transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects Complete including carriage of materials upto all leads lift and carriage of materials complete as per the entire satisfactions of the Engineer in charge.
