Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm ( thirty into thirty into five millimeter) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement and plain concrete work in foundation footing and bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm( three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 m ( four metre) and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan in any height upto all floor level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand:eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in any depths including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand: six graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundation/ for all type structure complete of reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 (M-twenty) nominal mix 1:2:4 ( One cement :two sand: four graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty Millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification Clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge ,including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential.The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-25(M-twenty five )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre (zero point ten meter thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etcetera from top of foundation in all depth including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying tor steel (Sail/RINL/Shyam steel Tisco, Jindal make) reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending, binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,sale tax ,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(one cement: six sand ) including curing complete in any depth/height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing pre painted steel sheet (Tata make) in roofing over all steel trusses with hot metallic zine coated Kolar Metal or its equivalent pre painted single skin trapezoidal profile sheeting 0.63mm (zero point sixty three millimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 having 1060 mm (one thousand sixty millimeter) cover width, overall width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six millimetres), 28mm (twenty eight millimetres) crest depth at 353+2mm (three hundred fifty three plus two millimeter) centre to centre crest distance, having two ibs at the centre for stiffening having crest depth of 2.5mm (two point five millimeter). Providing and fixing M.S.BP sheet(Tata make) 1.66mm to 2mm(one point sixty six millimeter to two millimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge(Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Steel (Tata/Sail)work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar worksincluding entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) ( three hundred four) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm ( Nine hundred millimetre ) dia meter made out of 2 mm (Two millimetre) thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm (Forty into forty into four millimetre).
