Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete for all heights including entire carriage of material and disposal all surplus excavated/bored out earth within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax ,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand:eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all heights / depths including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm ( thirty into thirty into five millimeter) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforcement and plain concrete work in foundation footing and bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA,SAIL,RINL, JINDAL PANTHAR,SHYAM for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to floor two level including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(one cement: six sand ) including curing complete in any depth/height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 100mm dia MS pipe in vertical post including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing roofing with high performance shingles manufactured with the finished A1-Zn alloy coated steel covered with italian ceramic coated stone granules having size of 1340x420mm ( per piece) and fh. of 0.25-0.55mm of approved manufacured including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm(sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter)thick prepainted sheet Tata Durashine made in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm(six millimeter) dia meter & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete upto any floor level height as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.Polished Granite stone slab jet Black,Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye orequivalent including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
