Providing and fixing aluminium shutter work Jindal/ Hindalco for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 (fifteen) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides and nuts & bolts completeas per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing WPS (Wood Polymer Composite)wall panelling 19x75mm (Ninety into seventy five millimeter) finished size 2nd class deodar wood with 6mm (six millimeter) grove to be polished in natural teak wood shade or eqvt. Make upto any height over 6mm (Six millimeter) thick Green ply over hard wood batten 40x50(forty into fifty millimeter) frmae work at 60cm (sixty centimeters) centre to centre horizentally and vertically and finished with wooden cornices of 25mm (twenty five millimeter) thick and 75mm(seventy five millimeter) wide as per detail and drawing above 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) high wooden skirting as per detail panelling to be finished with polyurethane polish over polyurethane interior realer Dulux/ Asian paint as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel of TATA/SAIL reinforcement thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion up to all floor levels as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing computer table Gojrej Manufacturing as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sales tax GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 150x10mm (one hundred fifty into ten millimeters) brass tower bolts (Barrel type) make of pilot/sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetres) thick second class deodar wood, panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing floatass glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) of Modi Guard / Saint Gobain glazing in door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing 250x16mm (two hundred fifty into sixteen millimeters) aluminum Matt finished sliding door bolts, make of PILOT/Sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary bolts, nuts and screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 3mm thick PVC antistatic venyl flooring Planks plain or coloured, carbed or mosaic/ metalled finish laid with approved adhesive on sub floor(damp proof treatment to be paid for separately) complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick water proof commercial board Century/Alpro or equivalent in shelves/box for cup board with butt joints & fixing with nails & screws etc complete) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete mechanically mixed and vibrated including cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per approved specification, drawing and design complete upto floor all level within all leads, lifts of materials and other. incidentals and as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink of Diamond / Unik Kitchen sink with drain board 610x510 mm bowl depth 200 mm with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 15mm (fifteen milimetres) nominal bore C.P. brass bib cock tap of continantal series of Jajuar/Contess series of Hindware/ Ocean series of Cera/ Vintage series of Kerovit and Hindon series of Jal complete within all leads, lifts including carriage of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and fixing 32 mm dia P.V.C.flexible waste pipe of Finolex , Relpipe (Reliance ) , Vectus for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete within all leads, lifts including carriage of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) and curing complete, in or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depths/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) continental series of Jaquar / Contess plus series of Hindware /Ocean series of Cera / Vintage series of Kerovite & Hindon series of Jal with seat and lid, ( Single piece ) with manually controlled device including jet conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
