Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plates duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm X5mm (twenty five into five millimeter) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmX25mmX5mm. (twenty five in to twenty five into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded 2 (two) numbers. 75mmX75mm (seventy five in to seventy five millimeter) of 12 (twelve) SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade blocks of 450mm X 450mmX 600mm (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimeter) 600 mm (six hundred) below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmX47mm (forty seven millimeter into forty seven millimeter) of 12 (twelve) SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and painting arrows border etc, will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm diameter G.I. wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred into one hundred millimeter ) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 kg (twenty five kilogramme ) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC: 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specification rural roads August 2004 clauses 1703 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) Ordinary/ Kilometer stone

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls with 100 mm (hundred millimeter) diameter PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(Vertical):20(Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed/ broken stone aggregates of specific sizes 53-22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimeter) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill- up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III by manual means as per technical specification clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M-15(Fifteen) nominal mix 1:2.5.:5 ( One cement: Two and half sand :five graded stone 20 mm(twenty millimeters) nominal size for plain concert in foundation and plinth or similar work complete as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads , Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (nine hundred millimeter) pipe NP2 including jointing for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawing and technical specifications for rural roads clause 1106 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1: 4: 8 (One cement: Four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimeters) nominal size for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat low porosity bitumen emulsion (SS-I) (Slow setting-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road and surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg per sqm (one kilogramme per square meter) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 including haulaging of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tone per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous ) binder (VG-10 @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to be required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect by mechanical means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid for higher content of bitumen required as per job mix formula).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) (Rapid setting-I) using emulsion distributor at the rates of 0.30 Kg per sqm (zero point three hundred kilogramme per square meter) on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (fifty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous macadam with aggregate of grading-II, 19 (Nineteen) millimeter nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 grade, minimum 3.3% (three point three percent) of weight of mix on thoroughly cleaned surface, free from post holes and cracks by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in batch mix/ computerized Hot mix plant of 40-60 TPH capacity calibrated from time to time mixing to bituminous concrete as per approve job mix formula from approved laboratory, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power road roller to achieve the desired density complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes, with in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipment by mechanical transport, confirming to clause 504 of MORD specification for road and bridge work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of profile correction and patching of pot holes. Nothing extra shall be paid for higher content of bitumen required as per job mix formula.

ii) 200meter stone

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawings and technical specification for Rural road August 2004 Clause 305.1 specifications (latest edition) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable cut materials in specified manner trimming filling of unevenness blind edge and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or dewatering as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (three millimeter) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel, vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimeter) spaced 2 m (two meter) centre to centre, 1.8 m (one point eight meter) high, 1.1 m (one point one meter) below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to confirm to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimeter), 330 mm (three hundred thirty millimeter) long complete as per clause 810 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing recto reflectors cautionary mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC : 67 made of encapsulated lence type reflective sheeting wide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm (one point five millimeter) thick supported on a mild steel angle iron 75mm x 75mmx 6mm (seventy five in to seventy five into six millimeter) firmly fixed to ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 (fifteen) grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm (four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimeter) 600 mm (six hundred)mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification rural roads including the cost of form work and hauling of materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) 600 mm circular Mandatory Sign Board

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-25(twenty five) nominal mix 1:1.5.:3 ( One cement: on and half sand : three graded stone 20 mm(twenty millimeters) for plain/ reinforcement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and curing complete including the cost of form work including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, clause 16.2 of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. The recovery for stones, whether useful or not, for 882.11 cum.( i. e eight hundred eighty two point eleven cubic Meter ) @ Rupee170/= only(Rupees .One hundred seventy) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases

iii) 5th Km stone

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor tractor mount grade on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 including haulaging of materials in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

iii) 900 mm equilateral triangle cautionary sign board

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm ( six hundred millimeter ) with smaller size towards the soils and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads , (Two thousand Four) for rural roads including hauling / carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for First Year
