Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacted with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical Specification Clause 401. for grading –I material including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain and reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall ,return wall ,retaining and breast wall with 110mm (one hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe (D-plast)/ Finolex/ Supreme having working pressure not less than 4 kg per centimeter square (Four Kilogram per centimeter square ) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates to wet mix macadam 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) thick to be laid in two equal layers 75mm( seven five millimetre) each specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub base / base course on a well prepared sub base and competing with smooth wheel roller of 80-100KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per table 400-11 &400-12 and Technical specification clause 406. carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST, or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg (Zero point eight five kilogram )per square metre using mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 502 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rocks chiseling wedging out of rock(where blasting in prohibited )and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line , grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and other necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/ or labour if required . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall with granular material complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510, using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate 6.8kg ( six point eight kilogram ) premixed with 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre)fine aggregate per 10.00 sqm (ten square metre) laid by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
