Providing and laying Plain/reinforced cement concrete in super structure complete as per Drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800,1205.4 and 1205.5 for height upto 5.00m (five metre) RCC Grade M-25 (M-twenty five) nominal mix (1:1.5:3) (one :one point five : Three)as in Deck Stab etc.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :(i) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any tickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses illets, kerbs and steps etc.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 500 D) in super structure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 &1202.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Providing weep holes in brick masonary /stone masonary / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetre). dia PVC pipe white in colour for wearing minimum 4.00 (four point Zero ) kilogram pressure, extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per HPPWD specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 .as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Construction of R C.C. railing of M-30 (M-thirty) grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm(twenty milimetre) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand milimetre) as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 000 and 1206 3.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Providing and fixing Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification.The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204 3.8. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST building and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) including cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :600 mm dia. R.C.C. Pipe.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 nominal mix ( One Cement : five Sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregrate.) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 130 kg (One hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
