Providing and fixing 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 (Eighty five) G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm ( zero point five six millimetre) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 6 mm (six millimetre) thick plywood lining with butt jointing and nail frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for seprately with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 19 mm (ninteen millimetre) thick commercial board water proof shutter with hard wood for cup board including fixing with nickel plated piano hings with screw etc. complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing MS plain grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows extra with M.S flats square of round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing hard board 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick and 100 mm (hundred millimetre) wide pelmet with 25 mm (twenty five millimetres) dia. Wooden curtain rod and brackets including fixing with 25x3 mm (twenty five into three millimetres) MS flat 10 cm (ten centimetre) long and plug etc. complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm (hundred millimetres) mortice latch and lock and a pair of lever handles with necessary screw etc. complete (indian make of approved quality) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 65x35mm (sixty five into thirty five millimetre) Indian make of approved quality bright finished brass cup board or wardrobe locks with six levers including necessary screw complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. 200x10mm (two hundred into ten millimetres) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 125 mm (one hundred twenty five millimetres) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying automatic vibro hydraulic compressed 300x300x25mm (three hundred into three hundred in to twenty five millimeters) polished precast terrazzo tiles ISI marked IS No. 151237 of NTC or its equivalent in 70% (seventy percent) white 30% (thirty percent) grey cement with marble chips ratio of 55% (fifty five percent) white and 15% (fifteen percent) each of green, yellow and maroon shade of specified size laid in floors treads of steps and landing on a bed of 25 mm (twenty five millimeters) average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to six sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (where ever required) including rubbing and ploishing complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying automatic vibro hydraulic compressed 300x300x25mm (three hundred into three hundred in to twenty five millimeters) polished precast terrazzo tiles ISI marked IS No. 151237 of NTC or its equivalent in 70% (seventy percent) white 30% (thirty percent) grey cement with marble chips ratio of 55% (fifty five percent) white and 15% (fifteen percent) each of green, yellow and maroon shade of specified size laid in skirting and riser of steps not exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimeters) in height of 10 mm (ten millimeters) thick cement plaster 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (where ever required) including rubbing and ploishing complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying spartic ceramic tiles 5.5 mm (five point five millimeters) thick 300mmx300mm (three hundred millimeters into three hundred millimeters) size in flooring, tread of step laid on a bed of 12 mm (twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement is to three sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

White glazed tiles 6 mm (six millimeters) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm (twelve millimeters) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement is to three sand) and finished with flush pointing in white cement with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) micron over 5 (five) micron primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 (five) micron over 5 (five) micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per specification and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm. (sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero decimal sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) micron over 5 (five) micron primer coating and back coat of polyster of 5 (five) micron over 5 (five) micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as per specification and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In trusses and trussed purlins in buildings with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing steel doors,windows ventilators and clerestory windows frame manfactured from M.S. channel size 75x40 mm (seventy five into forty millimeters) vertically welded with M.S. flat 75 x 4 mm (seventy five in to four millimeters) for central frames with split end tail to each jambs including joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm (sixteen into three point one five millimeters) lugs 10 cm. (ten centimeters) long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10cmx10cm (fifteen centimeter into ten centimeter into ten centimeters) size of 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size with provision for locking arrangement and shock obsever fixed with mechanical means applying a coat of approved steel primer after pertreatment of the surface as specified with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing angle iron door,window,clerestory window frame manufactured from steel iron section of 40X40X6 mm (forty into forty into six millimeters) ,thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 50X25 mm (fifty into twenty five millimeters) welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm (two point five millimeters) thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in- Charge with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing double rebate steel window side hung one glazed and other wire gauge of standred rulled steel section joints mitred and welded with mechanical means to relavent ISI standred specification frames and in MS T-section 25x15x3 mm (Twenty five into fifteen into three millimeters) including galazing clips or pins, glass pans, MS wire mesh 4 (four) desiganation 85 (eighty five) SWG and MS fitting as required including providing and fixing of projecting, hings,tower bolts, handles, hooks and eys presty, locking arrangement spring catch etc and providing and fixing wire mesh fly proof including fixing with special matel sesh puty of approved make complete including applying a priming coat of red lead paint with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter with readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stoping With enamel paint other than white with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Polishing two coats with french polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white/JK white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping dust, loose materials and other foreign matter snad papered smooth to give final finish to the surface complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved shade (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

6 mm (six millimeters) Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortor 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

20 mm (twenty millimeters)Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75 mm (seventy five millimeters) thick (unconsolidated) bed of dry brick/ stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeters) nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimeters) thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement is to three Sand is to six Graded stone aggregated 20 mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Constructing Course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall. 15x22 cm (fifteen into twenty two centimeters) in cement mortar 1:6 (one Cement isto six Sand) and inside plastring with cement plaster 1:3 (one Cement is to three Sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm (ten centimeters) cement concrete in 1:5:10 (one Cement isto five Sand isto ten graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm (forty millimeters) nominal size) and 7.5 cm (seven point five centimeters) cement concrete 1:2:4 (one Cement isto two Sand isto four Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm (one point six six millimeter to two millimeters) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) inluding fixing complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) wide 45 cm (forty five centimeters) over all semicircular plain GI sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm (forty into three millimeters) size bolt and nuts & washers etc. including making necessary connection with iron water pipe complete as per design 0.63 mm (sixty three millimeters) thick sheet with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.
