Disposal of building rubbish / malba /similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m (fifty meter) initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe- 500D (five hundred) or more complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floors or walls cutting masonry for holdfasts, embedding hold fasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15 x 10 x 10 cm (fifteen into ten into ten centimetre) with cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size), painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. a) Doors.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia (fourty millimetre diametre) M.S. tube 1.5 m (one point five metre) center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 mm (fifty millimetre) average thickness complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Drilling suitable holes for dowel bar in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm (one hundred millimetr) upto 200mm (two hundred millimetre) in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars including fixing the steel/dowel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make including the cost of steel, all complete as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia (twelve millimetre diametre ). complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cleaning of exposed concrete surface of sticking material including loose and foreign material by sand blasting with coarse sand followed by and including cleaning with oil free air blast as per direction of Engineer in charge complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Shotcreting on masonry walls, R.C.C. columns, beams and slabs etc. in layers with approved design mix concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm (ten millimetre)maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corners etc. as directed by Engineer- in- Charge Note: Rates shall include the providing necessary ground wires etc. The levelling gauges, if used, shall be paid for separately. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 75 mm (seventy five millimetre) thick in Grade M 30 (thirty) with cement content not less than 340Per Kilogram (three hundred fourty killogram) per Per Cubic Meter (cubic metre) . complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia (twelve millimetre dia metre) galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diameter (20mm to 30mm )(twenty millimetre to thirty millimetre) up to depth from 30mm (thirty millimetre)to 80mm (eighty millimetre) at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Anti-corrosive-Treatment: Clean the existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush making the surface free from loose material dirt etc. complete. Applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (confirming to ASTM B 117 or equivalent) on the rebars. Then applying IPNET RB on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 (four) hours between Each coat. The application shall be done by brush. Providing and applying a bonding coat of 1.5 (one point five)Cement:1 (one)Pidicrete URP or approved equivalent construction chemical to the existing dismantled/cleaned surface, complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Epoxy pressure grouting: inside voids should be treated and sealed with impermeable non shrinkage low viscous epoxy grouting materials (which are threatening the structural integrity or water tightness with mix density of 1.05 Per Kilogram/liter(one point zero five killogram) and Compressive strength (ASTM C579) of 70 (seventy) MPa at 7 (seven) Days) and then it should be levelled with polymer mortar concrete (PMC). (pressure gauge shall be provided to show delivery pressure of grouting material - vary from 4 Per Kilogram/cm2 (four killogram) to 6 Per Kilogram/cm (six killogram) depending upon site condition, as per direction of Engineer-in charge complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and injecting into Cracks / Honey Comb approved epoxy base grouting material as per instructions and specifications of the manufacturer. The injection will be done by gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. as per Specifications- Acceptable product make: Pidilite/CICO/CIBA/FOSROC/Fairmate or equivalent complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1000 mm x 75 mm (one thousand into seventy five millimeter) wire mesh strip of hard drawn steel wire mesh of size 35x35x3.5 mm (thirty five into thirty five into three point five millimeter) or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete/ wall surface on both side by means of 16 mm (sixtee millimeter) diameter nut & bolt for masonry and "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 Per Kilogram/10 Per Square Meter) (three point eight four killogram) complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
