Sinking of 7.5 m (seven point five zero meter) external diameter well (other Section than pneumatic method of sinking ) through all 1200 (twelve hundred) types of strata namely sandy soil, clayey soil and rock as shown against each case, complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Depth of sinking is reckoned from bed level MORT&H Technical Specification, clause 1200 In Sandy Soil, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-35 (M-thirty five) grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) diameter, 450 mm (four hundred fifty milimeter) long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No. RW/NH -33022/1/94-DO Ill dated 24 June 1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement up to 40 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation as per MORT&H technical Specification, clause 2606 of and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing no. SD/205 and MORT&H specification clause 2705 with 6 meter long GI 100 mm (one hundered millimetre) dia drainage GI light grade pipe (For Bridges) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. (zero point two zero kilograme)Per square metre as per clause 503.8 on othe prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with meachanical broom as per MORT&H Technical specification 503 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty milimeter)thick bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ minimum 5.4% (Five point four zero per cent) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H Technical specification, clause No. 507 complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 25 mm (twenty five milimeter) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen 85/25 (eighty five or twenty five) or VG - 30/40 (viscosity grade - thirty or fourty) @ 10.2% (ten point two zero percent), fine aggregates, course aggregates, lime filler @ 17.92% (Seventeen point nine two percent) of total, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping at an approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimeter) centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1DDC, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm (one millimetre to four millimetre) over mastic surface, all complete as per MORT&H Technical specifications clause 516 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Earth work in excavation for all type of road bridge foundation structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, wing walls,Toe wall, bridge guide bundh, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting in prohibited ) as per drawings and MORT&H technical specification clause-304 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absoluate responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compansated by him in all cases as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete placed in foundation of bridge for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) minimum (nominal mix 1:3:6, (one cement: three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORT&H technical specification, Clause 2100 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC ,carriage of mixed material to work site, spreadiang in uniform layers with mortor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density ,complete as per MORT&H Technical spcification, clause 401 (Grading-1) (Grading - one).as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetra as per Tables 400.13 and MORT&H Technical Specification, Clause 406 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg per square metre using mechanical means as per MOR&TH Technical Specification Clause 502 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50 mm (fifty milimeter) thick bituminous macadam with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @minimum 3.4% (threee point four zero per cent) , transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MORT&H Technical Specification, clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specifications and drawings. Three M.S. plates of 1.6 (one point six millimetres) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with M.S. flat iron 25mmx5mm ( twenty five into five millimetre ) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (two Nos.) 75mmx75mm( seventy five into seventy five millimetre) of twelve SWG sheet, tubes posts duly embedded in cement conrete M-15 grade (M-fifteen) blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm( four hundred fifty millimeter into four hundred fifty millimetre into six hundred millimetre), 600mm (six hundred millimetre below ground level, including mechanically mixed and vibrated. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm ( forty seven millimetre into forty seven millimetre)of 12 SWG (twelve SWG) steel plate tube. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, borders etcetera will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1701 and Annexture1700.1and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing of Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs 900x900x900mm triangular (nine hundred into nine hundred into nine hundred milimetre) cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 (IRC - sixty seven) made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm (one point five milimetre) thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm (seventy five milimtetre into seventy five milimtre into six milimetre) firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm (four hundred fifty milimetre into four hundred fifty milimetre into six hundred milimetre), 600 mm (six hundred milimetre) below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1701and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Carrying out Load Deflection Test at the above cited bridge as per IRC SP:51 and furnishing report of the same. The load test operation covers application of required test load (equivalent to design live load) in any form like sand bag or soil or aggregates or any test at vehicles as per design and loading the same over bridge by any mean complete and measurement of deflection by dial gauge of least count 0.01 mm/0.1mm to satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including all charges.
