Providing and laying plain./reinforced concrete i.e. P.C.C. grade M-15 (fifteen) nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (One cement isto two point five sand isto five graded stone) Mechanically mixed and vibrated in / under water and curing complete in open foundations including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 and 1203 (eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thous two hundred three) curing complete as per MORD specifications including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction and carriage of material upto a lead of 4.00 Km, as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2. including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidental charges by mechanical means.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniforms layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired denesity, complete as per technical specifications clause and as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mil) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80-100KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per tables 400.11, 400.12 complete as per technical specification clause 406 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate 1.00 Kg. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads,lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 Kg (Zero decimal two five zero kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology nanotac @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per MORD technical specification section 500, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty millimetres) compacted thick bituminous macadam with 100-120 (One hundred -One hundred twenty) tonne per hour hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity Grade-Ten) at the rate of 3.3% (Three decimal three percent) of mix weight with nano technology (Zycotherm), binder at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) of weight of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previousioly prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MORD technical specificaton section 500 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat (Over Bituminious Macadam) with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.250 Kg (Zero decimal two five zero kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology nanotac @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per MORD technical specification section 500, and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetre) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with 100-120 (one hundred to one hundred twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) at the rate of not less than 5.5% (five point five percent of mix weight or as per design mix with nono technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor conrol to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rollng and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eighty) tonne sommth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MoRTH technical specification section 500 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) thick and 0.10 (point one zero) meter wide strip in Center line / Edge line including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms ( two fifty grammes) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five) in accordance with Ministory of Road Transport Specification (Latest revision) and IRC Code. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges
