Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm ( Fifty millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty Millimeter) nominal size including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7 kg ( one point seven kilogram ) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Making plinth protection 50mm ( fifty millimetre) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) nominal size) over 75mm( seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling and dressing and finishing the top smooth including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work in up to plinth level, foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete upto all height as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work in walls and reinforcement reinforced concrete (any thickness not less than 0.10 meter thickness) including attached buttresses pilasters plinth and string courses etcetera and their caps upto any floor level/height as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete work M-25 (M-twenty five) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height in all floor level of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per CPWD specifications 2019 in foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30×30×5mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies upto any height in all floor level of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as per CPWD specifications 2019 in Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts as per the direction by the Engineer in charge upto any floor level including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing steel reinforcement and Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more approved make i.e. SAIL, RINL,Shyam Steel/TISCO, Jindal Panther (JSPL) for reinforced cement concrete work including bending cutting straightning and placing in position binding all complete upto plinth level as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp type I or II of 16mm(sixteen millimetre) dia M.S. bar, bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs or beams during laying, including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standrad design complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

40 mm(forty millimeter) thick with 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size stone aggregate Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded/crushed stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etcetera complete upto any floor level/ height as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimeter) wide and 4 mm (four millimeter) thick glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Kota stone 55x55cm. (fifty five into fifty five centimeters) minimum size flooring 20mm( twenty millimeters) average thickness base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry round with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete 25mm (twenty five millimeters) thick complete in all heights as per direction of Engineer- in –Charge and technical specification including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying kota stone slab 20mm (twenty millimeters) thick in risers of steps, skirting dado and pillars laid in 12mm (twelve millimeters) thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) and jointed with grey cement with pigment to match of the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in all heights as per direction of Engineer- in –Charge and technical specification including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 110mm (one hundred ten millimeter) diameter on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes Supreme AKG, Finolex, Prince, Kisan, SEMC, Diplast make conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm (ten millimeter) gap for thermal expansion,-Single socketed pipes as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. 15 mm ( fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( one cement : six Fine sand) complete at all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

6mm (six millimeter) plaster on cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete work with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make upto all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge and including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacture's specification. Providing and applying white cement based (Birla White/ J.K ) putty of average thickness 1 mm ( One millimetre) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete at all floor level including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (zero point eighty liter per ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture upto all heights as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work approved make i.e.TATA/JINDAL San HARVIC Steelman Industries P.D. Industries metal windows, Chandni Industires Ganpati Udyog (Rajpura) ,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structure steel etcetera as required lead paint in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works complete upto all heights/all floor level as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials .
