Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetera including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand) : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) size) for all work up to plinth level including the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110mm (One hundred ten millimetre) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² (four kilogramme ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 900mm (Nine hundred millimetre diametre) (to level and slopes) reinforced cement concrete non pressure pipe I.S.I class NP-3 (Medium duty) for culverts on 1st class bedding of granular material in single row including collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two coarse sand) but excluding the cost of excavation protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made Pre-Polished 80mm (Eighty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 ( M-Thirty five) grade with approved colour, design and pattern (NTC make ISI marked) chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etcetra of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 (Eight to twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimetre) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etcetra and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with upto all leads including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to secifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, With material conforming to Grade-I size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm (Seventy five to zero point zero seven five millimetre) having CBR Value-30 complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) ( fifty three millimetre to zero point zero seven five millimetre ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne ( eight to ten tonne) capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion -On WBM/WMM @ 0.25kg/sqm (Zero point two five kilogramme per square metre) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 30mm (Thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 (VISCOSITY GRADE-THIRTY) @ 5.5% (Five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (Three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler prepared in batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred two One hundred twenty) TPH capacity, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
