Earth work in excavation by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas ( 30 cm in depth 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.5 mtr, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm.(thirty milimetres) thick compacted bituminous concrete with aggregate of grading ll (two) 13 mm thirteen millimetre) nominal size using bitumen VG-30 (thirty) grade minimum 5% (five percent) of weight of mix on thoroughlycleaned surface,by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix plant of 100-120 tonne (one hundred to one hundred twenty tonnes) per hour calibrated from time to time, mixing, of bituminous concrete as per approved job mix formula from approved laboratory, transpoting work the mixed material in clear insuulated vehicles covered while in trabsit or awaiting, topping and laying with seensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem road roller to achieve the desired density complete including profile correction layer and patching of pot holes with in all leads and lifts including carriage materials, plant and equipments by mechanical tansport confirming to clause 508 of MORT& H (road wing ) specification for road and bridge work, including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/ tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by a pressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compaction and surface accuracyFor 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 50 kg/ 10 sqm. including haulage of materials with in all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
