Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( eighty into hundred )weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetra as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and MORD Technical Specification 2014Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) made of HPCL/ BPCL on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (thirteen point two millimeter to five point six millimeter) aggregates bitumen VG-10 penetration grade bitumun mixed with organo silane nano technology @ 0.1% by weight of bitumun 14.6 KG per 10 Square metres to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-one hundred kilo newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 by mechnical means including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation retaining walls, breast walls etcetra complete as per drawings and MORD technical specfications 2014 clause 800 and 1200 nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand istoTen graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete without plum as per HPPWD specification 2014 clause complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation plain cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm(four millimetre) diametre G.I. wire confirming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm (one hundred into one hundred millimetre)mesh (woven diagonally) including 10%(ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 kg. (twenty five kilograme) each as per drawing and technical specificifications 2014 clause 1301 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level and slopes) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimetre dia metre) reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipe I.S. class NP-3 ( Three) for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection work, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in drains and open foundation for all type of structures complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 (forty) millimetres ) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification2014 clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in abutment retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 100mm ( One hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramm ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification 2014 clause 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43(forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (thirty)(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five )mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum(zero point two cubic metre) capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-(fourteen) days, using curing compound ( where specified ) and wa ter finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical specification 2014clause 1501 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials grading -1 spreading in uniforms layers with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing in mechancial mix plant at OMC, and carriage of mixed material upto alead of 1000(One thousand) Metres compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired denisty, complete as per MORD technical specification2014 Clause 401 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) made of HPCL/ BPCL using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD technical specification 2014 clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
