Steel reinforcement sail, tisco, RINL, Jindal Panther of (JSPL) shyam steel make for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D (five hundred) or more. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying design mix reinforced cement concrete M-20 (M-twenty) with minimum crushing strength of 20 N/mm square (twenty Newton per millimeter square) using graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size with cement content not less than 400 kg/cum (Four hundred kilogram per cubic meter) mechnically mixed and vibrated and curing complete in walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including all carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing Granite stone with 18 mm (eighteen millimeter) thick granite stone, as per sample of Granite approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (twenty millimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement into four coarse sand) laid jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete upto all floor level with Makrana white second quality including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. As per CPWD work mannual/ HPPWD specification 1990. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying Cement concrte flooring 1:2:4 (one cement into two coarse sand into four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the coat of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm (forty millimeter) thick with 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size stone aggregate complete upto all floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand). including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Steel work sail, tisco, RINL, Jindal Panther of (JSPL) shyam steel make for welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 20 mm (one point six six to twenty millimeter) thick in eaves board/facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

15 mm (fifteen millimeter) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (one cement isto four fine sand) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of JK wall Putty Birla putty of average thickness 1 mm (one millimeter), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture make of Berger (Castle) jenson & Nicholson (J& N) Golden Paints Aqualac to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
