Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg (Zero point eight five kilogram )per square metre using mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 502 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall with granular material complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510, using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade ten) at the rate 6.8kg ( six point eight kilogram ) premixed with 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre)fine aggregate per 10.00 sqm (ten square metre) laid by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with M.S plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates to wet mix macadam 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) thick to be laid in two equal layers 75mm( seven five millimetre) each specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub base / base course on a well prepared sub base and competing with smooth wheel roller of 80-100KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per table 400-11 &400-12 and Technical specification clause 406. carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm(thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) crushed stone aggregates at the rate 0.27cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with 14.6kg( fourteen point six kilogram)per ten square metre bitumen VG-10(viscosity grade ten) in suitable plant and laying by paver finisher to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN(eighty to one hundred) static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 508, by mechanical means including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rocks chiseling/ wedging out of rock(where blasting is prohibited )and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line , grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all un-useful surplus material to required width of road or on approved dumping sites by Engineer-in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machinery , material , tools ,equipment and safety measure and incidental . Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.325 kg(zero point three two five kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .
