Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

6mm cement pilaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement 4 sand) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. within all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

(d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 greaded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work ncluding curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a)foundetion footing basis of colums etc
