Restoration of blocked STP of following specification: Present Condition  Treatment process: MBBR Technology.  Plant capacity: 45 KLD.  Equipment condition: All pumps and Blower, requires maintenance.  Effluent quality: The quality of the treated effluent requires improvement. 1. Collection Tank required cleaning. 2. MBBR media is required for optimal treatment. 3. Bio-culture is necessary for effective biological treatment. 4. Commissioning is required for smooth functioning of the plant. 5. TSS (Total Suspended Solids) and MLSS (Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids) are not being maintained in the tank. 6. Muddy water is present, and pumps and blowers require servicing. Treatment Required: Recommendations: 1. Schedule regular cleaning of the collection tank to prevent accumulation of debris. 2. Procure and install MBBR media-6 cum to enhance treatment efficiency. 3. Introduce bio-culture to support biological treatment processes around 150 ltr. 4. conduct commissioning of the plant to ensure all systems are functioning correctly. 5. Implement monitoring and control measures to maintain optimal TSS and MLSS levels in the tank. 6. Service pumps and blowers, and address the issue of muddy water to prevent equipment damage and ensure smooth plant operation. 7. The agency has to clear sludge of STP and Shifting of sludge to safe place by sewerage truck. 8. The agency has to run the operation and maintenance of the STP for two months after restoration of the blockage of the STP.
