MODULAR LABORATORY TABLE WITH TWO STORAGE CABINETS AND GRANITE TOP. Overall Dimensions: 1200mm Length x 750mm Depth x 900mm Height (including granite and bottom frame) Table shall consist of two storage cabinets and granite top. The size of storage cabinet shall be 600mm Length x 530mm Depth x 686mm Height (without bottom frame). Each storage cabinet should be provided with one drawer and below it twin shutters. Top of the table shall be 17(+/- 1mm) black granite supported underneath with 9mm thick BWR ply or 25mm wide 3mm thick soft pad sheet. V –groove should be provided in granite’s bottom surface for dripping down the water or liquid through it. Sharp edges of the granite should be chamfered/rounded off. All the gaps should be filled up or covered with silicon sealant. All the edges and corner of the granite should be nicely polished. The C- type floor mounted bottom frame of the table should be made of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet and 188mm High x 480 mm Depth including nylon level adjusters. The body of the storage cabinets should be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Drawer’s front fascia and Shutters should be 15mm thick with square edges and should be made of CRCA sheet and also having sandwiched or double skinned construction. The drawer and shutter outer wall should be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet and inner wall should be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Shutters and Drawer’s front fascia should be provided with high quality rubber beading embedded all-around in between outer and inner walls so as to minimize the noise level while opening and closing the drawer and shutters. The shutters of the storage units should be fixed with stainless steel hydraulic zero crank hinges only. Hardware like screws should be stainless steel only for the fixing of hinges, doors and drawer. Drawers should move on ball slide zinc coated telescopic channels. Handles of the shutters and drawers should be aluminium recessed . Drawers and shutters of storage cabinets shall be provided with locking facility. All the CRCA components are pre-treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components should be epoxy powder coated and oven baked at temp. Above 200 deg. C to provide scratch resistance surface coating film of thickness 50-60 microns.

The storage cabinet shall be of size 600mm Length x 530mm Depth x 686mm Height (without bottom frame). Storage cabinet should be provided with one drawer and below it twin shutters. The Knee space should be provided next to the storage cabinet and shall be of size 600mm Length x 530mm Depth. The Knee space rear’s side should be provided with sheet metal cover of 850mm height, made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. A metal keyboard trey movable on telescopic channel should be provided along with Knee space which has to be fixed below the granite top.
