Providing and fixing modular type under bench cabinet over all size 1.70m x 0.70m (or part thereof) 0.60m deep, with one no. Intermediate horizontal partition and two no. Intermediate vertical partitions. The cabinet size shall be fixed two nos. 0.15m deep drawers and shutters in rest of the front area excluding one 1/3rd portion. Prelaminated MDF board of 18mm thickness shall be used except on back sides of cabinet and bottom of drawers which shall be 8mm thickness. The shutters and drawers shall be fixed with 10mm stainless steel C type handles. The shutters shall be fixed with spring hinges and 40mm cupboard locks to approved make. Th e drawers shall be fixed with powder coated telescopic channel of approved make. The exposed edges of board is to be covered with matching lamination 0.8m thick/ painted with epoxy paint matching to the colour of the laminated board, complete as per drawing, design. P/f Student table of overall size 1.10mt long x0.70m deepx1.65m total height. Lower part of table shall have a vertical partiton, one shutter and one drawer 0.15cm deep & 15cm deep long. The upper portion of table shall have two intermediate partitions & shutters 1.10x0.38m size. Providing and fixing overhead cabinets 0.75m wide and 0.50m deep with partitions as per drawing & design made out of 18 mm thick one side choice lamination interior grade phenol bonded type II - 3 layer particle board of Dura Tuff laminated MDF Board/ or equivalent conforming to IS 12406-1988 of approved colour & design on all sides including top and bottom except on back. The shutter shall be provided in the front face with spring hinges and will be made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated board as per above specifications. The back of the cabinet shall be provided with 8 mm thick one side choice lamination - prelaminated board as per above specification. All the exposed surfaces of the board shall be painted with epoxy paint matching to the laminated board with necessary putty etc. The shutter shall be provided with approved and best quality cup board lock complete in all respects as per the direction of the engineer in charge. Only front face area of the cabinet shall be measured and paid for payment.

Overall Dimensions: 1200mm Length x 750mm Depth x 900mm Height (including granite and bottom frame) Table shall consist of two storage cabinets and granite top. The body of the storage cabinets should be made out of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Drawer’s front fascia and Shutters should be 15mm thick with square edges and should be made of CRCA sheet and also having sandwiched or double skinned construction. The drawer and shutter outer wall should be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet and inner wall should be made of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet. Shutters and Drawer’s front fascia should be provided with high quality rubber beading embedded all-around in between outer and inner walls so as to minimize the noise level while opening and closing the drawer and shutters. The shutters of the storage units should be fixed with stainless steel hydraulic zero crank hinges only. Vertical support should be of size 900mm Height x 200mm Depth x 50mm wide. The vertical supports should have sandwiched or double skinned construction. The inner and out wall of vertical supports should be made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet. Reagent rack should have two shelves of 1100mm Length x200mm width x 8mm Deep. All the CRCA components are pre-treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components should be epoxy powder coated and oven baked at temp. CHEMICAL STORAGE CABINET WITH TOUGHNED GLASS DOOR Overall Size:- Height 1980 mms, Width 900 mms, Depth 485 (+/-10mm) The chemical storage cabinet should be made of GPSP sheet of uniform thickness of 0.8mm for the body and shelves, 1.2 mm for doors frame duly cut and bends with the help CNC machines. Cabinet should have 2 back sheets and internal sheet is provided with perforations. Top is provided with cutout of dia 100mm for exhaust of fume. The doors should be provided with 4mm thick toughened glass having high quality rubber beading on all four sides and further holding with sheet metal strips. Welding on the front frame of the doors should not be acceptable. The doors are provided with 3 way bolting system. The top and bottom end of the locking rod should be horizontally hook type and to be inserted into the horizontal slot and 3-way lock should be operated by single key. The chemical storage cabinet shall be equipped with four adjustable perforated shelves thereby making 5 compartments. The steel shelf shall be capable of carrying a uniformly distributed load of 70 Kgms. The tall cabinet shall be provided with three hinges for each door having removable hinge pins. All the steel component should be pre- treated for de-greasing, de-rusting and phosphating. After proper pre-treatment, the steel components should be epoxy powder coated and oven baked at temp.
