Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch andlock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :100 mm.

Providing and fixing modular type under bench cabinet over all size 1.70m x 0.70m (or part thereof) 0.60m deep, with one no. Intermediate horizontal partition and two no. Intermediate vertical partitions. The cabinet size shall be fixed two nos. 0.15m deep drawers and shutters in rest of the front area excluding one 1/3rd portion. Prelaminated MDF board of 18mm thickness shall be used except on back sides of cabinet and bottom of drawers which shall be 8mm thickness. The shutters and drawers shall be fixed with 10mm stainless steel C type handles. The shutters shall be fixed with spring hinges and 40mm cupboard locks to approved make. Th e drawers shall be fixed with powder coated telescopic channel of approved make. The exposed edges of board is to be covered with matching lamination 0.8m thick/ painted with epoxy paint matching to the colour of the laminated board, complete as per drawing, design. The MDF board shall be of approved manufacturer, ISI marked conforming to IS: 14587, exterior grade with choice lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side. Only front area of the cabinet shall be measured for payment.

P/f Student table of overall size 1.00mt long x0.70m deep x1.65m total height. Lower part of table shall have a vertical partiton, one shutter and one drawer 0.15cm deep & 15cm deep long. The upper portion of table shall have two intermediate partitions & shutters 1.10x0.38m size. Prelaminated MDF board 18mm thick shall be used in table except on back & drawer bottom which shall be 8mm thick . The exposed edges of board is to be covered with 0.8mm lamination of matching colour / epoxy 40mm cupboard lock of approved make shall be provided in the cabintes. The Cabinet shall be fixed with 6 nos. PVC shoes. MDF board shall be of approved manufacturer, ISI marked conforming to IS:14587, exterior grade with choice lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side, complet as per drawing design.

Providing and fixing machine cut mirror polished black granite 18mm thick in size 1.8m x 0.75m or part there of on table top complete in all respects.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Granite work

Providing and fixing zebra Matt roll up double blind of minimum fabric thickness 0.50 mm including head rail, bottom weight rail and all other acessories complete in all respect of vista/Johnson/RC/JM shades(Johnson-dreamline, slimline, combi blackout, combi wood look, italian jute or green guard-bioclean shade, blind magic) or equivatent complete as per manufactures specification of approved shade. The area will be measured i sqmt taking into account the length of head rail and height from Top of head rail to bottom of weight rail

Providing and fixing overhead cabinets 0.75m wide and 0.50m deep with partitions as per drawing & design made out of 18 mm thick one side choice lamination interior grade phenol bonded type II - 3 layer particle board of Dura Tuff laminated MDF Board/ or equivalent conforming to IS 12406-1988 of approved colour & design on all sides including top and bottom except on back. The shutter shall be provided in the front face with spring hinges and will be made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated board as per above specifications. The back of the cabinet shall be provided with 8 mm thick one side choice lamination - prelaminated board as per above specification. All the exposed surfaces of the board shall be painted with epoxy paint matching to the laminated board with necessary putty etc. The shutter shall be provided with approved and best quality cup board lock complete in all respects as per the direction of the engineer in charge. Only front face area of the cabinet shall be measured and paid for payment.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).

Providing and fixing C.P brass swan neck tap with 3 way delux knob for lab sink (floor mounted ) of approved quality conforming to IS standards.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated hickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
