Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : a) 125 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : a) 150x10 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Hot finished welded type tubes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x 28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200 x 600mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24x24x3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drywall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening “for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/mK as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a) One coat as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Demolishing brick work/CC block manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) In cement mortar as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Dismantling tile work in floors, walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: a) White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x 400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Sand cast iron S&S pipe as per IS: 1729 as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing bend of required degree with access door, insertion rubber washer 3 mm thick, bolts and nuts complete. a) 100 mm dia i) Sand cast iron S&S as per IS – 1729 as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall a) 20 mm nominal outer dia. Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : a) 15mm nominal bore as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing PTMT grating of approved quality and colour. a) Circular type. i) 100 mm nominal dia as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). a) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing of frosted glass PVC vinyl film 0.5-1 mm thick on already installed doors, windows, Fixed glass and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Placing in position up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block including hoisting with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete : (including cleaning of block before placing) a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. a) Bend 87.5° i) 65 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing of Health faucet ABS body with wall hook and 1 metre chrome plated PVC hose pipe make cera or jaguar and hindware as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and Fixing of Vertical Blinds complete with all components, including drilling holes in wood work/RCC and installation at site. Vertical blinds will have following specifications-Best quality fabric, Dust proof & easy to clean ,Durable, Fade Resistance, smooth in movement. Channel used in vertical blinds are of high quality, rust and dust proof with 1.25mm thickness approx width 1.75mm approx, anodised for long life.The Channel is designed with support beam to keep it straight and shall have a pocket for holding fabric in position. The channel is closed from sides with end caps to give a neat look. The tie chain is made of unbreakable ABS plastic. The channel is made as such to facilitate smooth and effortless functioning from right to left and vice versa. All work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit/ PVC Casing Caping, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required (Group B) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the 2 x 2.5 Sq. mm. + 1 x 2.5 Sq. mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit / PVC casing Caping as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
