* Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 100% of the estimated amount, with each contract being at least 50% of the estimated amount of the project.
* Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 120% of the estimated amount, with each contract being at least 40% of the estimated amount of the project. The bidder must submit details of works executed in the last seven years, including ongoing uncompleted works and participated tenders, with estimated cost values certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA).
