The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing contracts of a comparable nature, with specific requirements such as: * Experience in single, two, and three similar completed works not less than an amount equal to 80%, 100%, and 120% of the estimated cost in the last seven years. * Estimated cost values are Rs. 173.23 Lac, Rs. 216.54 Lac, and Rs. 259.85 Lac, respectively. * Experience in executing projects on a turnkey basis, with at least a certain number of projects completed during the last few years. * The projects should have been commissioned and in successful operation for at least one year as on the date of bid opening. * Participation in at least a certain percentage of similar works, with a mention of 40% in one example. * Experience in executing works of certain voltage levels, such as transmission lines or cables, with specific ratings and capacities. * For example, if the length of the transmission line or cable under the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) is 10 Km, 40% of similar work shall mean the bidder must have executed at least three transmission lines or cables of 4 Km length in three different contracts. * Experience in executing substations, with a total capacity of: - 50 MVA for Project 1 - 20 MVA for Project 2 - 80 MVA for Project 3 * The bidder shall meet the following requirements for prior work experience: i. Experience in single similar completed work of projects execution in electrical Transmission or sub-transmission & distribution sector costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated amount of the project. ii. Experience in two similar completed work of projects execution each in electrical Transmission or sub-transmission & distribution sector costing not less than 100% of the estimated amount in two contracts of each not less than 50% of the estimated amount of the project. iii. Experience in three similar completed work of projects execution each in electrical Transmission or sub-transmission & distribution sector costing not less than 120% of the estimated amount in three contracts of each not less than 40% of the estimated amount of the project. * The work experiences of the bidder executed as direct Contractor or as Sub-Contractor shall be considered only if the works have been executed under Govt./semi-Govt./autonomous body of Central/State Govt./Electricity Power Utility/ Power Deptt. In India only.
