Operation and maintenance of scheme by deploying skilled/ semiskilled / unskiled manpower for running and operation of Pumping machinery and watch and ward of all structure in pump house including rising main for a period of 6 months. The scope of work also includes well cleaning of campus of pump house, removal of all kind of slips, slush , up rooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc. growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean planting and maintaining plants/flowers/trees around the pump hous. The regular i.e. daily supply of designed/required quantity of potable water to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main delivery tank and keeping regular and proper record of water quantity pumped and hour of running of pumping machinery. Including the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled and unskilled manpower required for O&M exluding the cost of energy charges. All the opeation shall be carried our as per th CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment ( latest eddition) HP PWD/JSV speficication, HP & JSV departmental norms, directions issued by Engineer in charge from time to time and as per sound Engineering practice complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
