The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either of the following values: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. The definition of similar work includes experience of construction of sewage treatment plant for secondary treatment based on any biological process, and completion of at least one work of Rootzone/ Constructed Wetland treatment of any capacity in the last seven years. A certificate from the Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer is mandatorily required. The bidder must have experience in the construction of a sewage treatment plant for secondary treatment based on any biological process. Additionally, the firm must have completed at least one work of Rootzone/ Constructed Wetland treatment of any capacity in the last seven years. Completed work means either completed or completed to the extent of a minimum of 90% of the award amount, including unpaid amounts on account of paucity of funds.
