Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (PC) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect. i/c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS).

Preparation of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note: - In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Providing & fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 m x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI sheet 16 gauge connected/ welded with 5 mm thick steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the Drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Bituminous Material @ Rs. 1200/- P.Cum Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.

Plastering on walls 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 HSR(15.5)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 200 mtr. stone of standard design, fixed in position, including finishing and painting. (NS)

Fe-500 E.Q.R. TMT Steel bars for bars R.C.C., works, where not included in the complete rate of R.C.C. including bending, binding and placing in position complete. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS-1732. Wastage , overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcements (NS).

Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks confirming to IS: 15658:2006/IRC SP 63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. [HSR 10.159]

First class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth. HSR(11.3).

Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 40mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @ 200-300 sqm area per Hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks i/c hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant or reclaiming to bring to required specification to reuse with the approval of Engineer-in-Charge for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respects. Note I:- The unutilized quantity of reclaimed bituminous mix material shall be a recovery item as mention in BOQ item No38.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Kilometre Stone of Standard design, fixed in position, including finishing, including painting- (iii) Kilometre Stone on village roads. (HSR 10.129(iii) + 16.75 b(iii)).

Providing & laying 75 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Note: - 1.Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Brick @ Rs. 4.50/- Each

Providing and laying first coat surface dressing, including rolling with road roller etc. complete including cost of bitumen VG-10 grade using aggregate 13mm nominal size 1.00 cum and bitumen VG-10, 0.10 MT per hundred square metre. Clause 509 of MoRT&H specification.(5th edition ) 2013 (NS).

Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section -9. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 village board of standard design, fixed in position, including finishing and painting. (HSR 10.130 +16.76 b)

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile Masonry or Tile Lining and Tile Terracing (HSR 8.5 (i) dry brick work.

Supply collection and carriage if First class brick 22.86cm x11.11cmx6.86cm from approved kiln to site of work shall be made from good brick earth conforming to 3.5 of Haryana PWD specification 1990 edition in stacks of 50 bricks length, 2 bricks width and 10 bricks height parallel to the center line of the road Bricks shall be free from saline deposits and shall be sand molded. They shall be thoroughly brunt without vitrified and shall have uniform deep red, cherry or copper colour. They shall be regular and uniform in shape and size with sharp and squares arise and parallel faces. They must be homogeneous in texture and emit a clear ringing sound on being struck. They shall be free flaws, cracks , chops, stones, nodules or lime or kankar and other blemishes complete as per Haryana PWD specification No. 3.5.1990 First Edition.(NS)

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and side of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres [HSR 6.6]

Providing and laying 100 mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading - III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Stone metal @ Rs.547.25 P.Cum

Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth. Kassi work undressed involving an average horizontal throw upto 2 meters, and an average vertical lift upto 0.5 meter including breaking of clods. Excavated earth may be reused on berms and disposed off surplus earth with all lead and lift including dressing complete in territorial as per direction of Engineer-in-charge will be incidental to work and nothing will be paid. (NS)

Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10cms wide/ 15cm wide complete in all respect such as furnishing all labour, materials, tolls equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013/ Latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint-Apcomark/Berger-Sigmarc/Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters/Sovitec/Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer-in-Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflectorzing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads .the method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS:3262 (part-3). Note:- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand , batch no. , manufacturing date of the material to be used and get approved the same from Engineer-In-Charge before use.

Dismantling Cement concrete plain 1:2:4 mix (HSR 8.6(d) and disposal of waste material with all lead and lift as desired by Engineer in Charge.

Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with brick ballast 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. (10.26)

Providing and laying ‘B’ type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified/desirable value of compaction as per direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect as per clause 511 and 510.1.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS).

Construction of embankment, sub grade and shoulders in raising and reconstruction portion with soil of minimum CBR (4 days soaked) of 8% obtained from borrow area with all lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305. The finished road surface will be as per X-section approved by employer with respect to GTS. At no place top of sub grade of raised road will be less than 0.90 m above adjoining NSL. NSL for a block of 100m will be worked as mean of 6 levels taken on 20 m center to center length of road. These six levels are at three location on both side one at edge ROW. Other at 5 m and 10 m away from ROW. In case the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 15548.76 cum. Then actual quantity (less than 15548.76 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 15548.76 cum, then only 15548.76 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Further it shall be ensured that atleast 500 mm of sub grade with earth of CBR 8% shall be constructed at each location. Wherever any cutting of existing subgrade is required on this account excavation as well as handling and disposal of earthwork to accommodate minimum 500mm thick subgrade of minimum 8% CBR shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Before start of work, L-section shall be got approved from the employer with respect to GTS.However, typical X-section attached at section 9 of DNIT. Note: If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC –SP-89-2010 as approved by SE-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. No earth work will be allowed from PWD land.

Laying brick on end edging length-wise 22.86 cm deep and 6.83 cm wide including excavation of earth and refilling the excavated soil and compacting along brick edging complete in all respect with other than brick soiling. (HSR 24.6 b)

Dismantling of road including, soiling and wearing coat, screening, GSB, brick soiling etc. complete upto top of existing sub grade level and stacking of old serviceable material, complete in all respect. (NS) Note: Dismantling upto top of sub grade (av depth 150 mm) .

Providing and laying 150 mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading –VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing 600mm dia RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS 458-2003 with Spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked , antitermite as required at site , into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignments, gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches , if required , Jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in (HSR item No 29.38,29.44,29.45 & 29.46) including cartage , loading and unloading complete in all respects. Note:- Contractor shall supply bill of manufacture of pipes. Pipes should bear name of manufacturer and ISI mark along with bill duly valid ISI certificate of manufacturer should be supply. Without these bills certificate no payment shall be released.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.41)

First class brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth. HSR(11.4)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation and plinth. HSR(10.39).

Striking joints in lime or cement on brick and tile walls HSR(15.69)

Earth filling under floors with surplus soul, excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres HSR(6.13(a)
