(CSR :- 32.36) (Excluding cost of water, Labour work only.)

Maintenance of Lawns with Superior Quality grass i.e. selection no. 1 grass for three months including 27 No. watering @ 4 watering in the month of March, April, May and June, 2 No. irrigations in the months of February, October, November and December and one irrigation each in July , August and September (this item includes per 100 ml per sqm of required insecticide, fungicide,50 gm of fertilizer, 125 gm Vermi compost and employing Mali @ 1 Mali per 3000Sqm Frequency of watering is to be increased as per requirement. (CSR :- 32.32) (Excluding cost of water, Labour work only.)

(ii) Supply and lowering of 140mm dia 6kg pressure ISI Mark PVC pipe.

Dieffenbachia 3 no. stem each plant, ,phoenix palm 3’ height and similar spp. Including cost of garden soil 0.004 CUM, Yamuna sand .004 CUM, Neem cake 0.05kg, DAP 0.05 kg in Earthen pots size 30 cm dia and 30 cm deep (average size)and painting terracotta (Hiramchi) display indoor/outdoor/placing of PVC plates for placing pots Note-Agency has to supply all plants Immediately after start of work,. Species of plants will be decided by the Engineer In charge and Plants will be Inspected by the committee of SDE (Hort.), JE (Hort.) and Executive Engineer. Agency has to supply at least 10% of Excess plants for replacement of mortality. Diameter and height of the earth boll of Plant will be considered as size of Poly Bag.)

(iii) Providing and fixing of 63 mm compression joint of self threading PVC/HDPE coupler

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growth after 10 to 15 days (HSR 33.11)

Supplying and Planting rare & specimen plants including digging and refilling of pits with excavated soil and FYM, fertilizer and insecticides, planting of sapling in position. (Punjab CSR 32.27) (Healthy plants full of leaves with foliage 0.75 m to 1 m in diameter Ficus starlight with 3’-4’height, king bush 3’- 4’ height and topiary of 7’- 8’ height with well trimmed, 30 cm Diametre,12-14 nos. bolls of Golden Bottle Brush, Ficus nuda, Ficus retusa, Casuarinas spp., topiary of single boll with height 6’ to 7’ above ground Ficus black and regionold of Andhra variety, Buddha belly bamboo and yellow bamboo 3 to 4 stem each plant more than 8 ft height and one meter diameter . to be supplied in 15” x 15” poly bag including digging of earth pits size 75cm x 75 cm x 75 cm deep, refilling of pits with the excavated earth with 1/3rd (0.113 Cum)FYM, fertilizer DAP 100 gm per pit and insecticides Drusban 50 ml per plant, Stacking with bamboo stick 10 feet height and 35 mm thick painted with green paint and watering 40 liter water with water tanker Note-Agency has to supply all plants Immediately after start of work,. Species of plants will be decided by the Engineer In charge and Plants will be Inspected by the committee of SDE (Hort.), JE (Hort.) and Executive Engineer. Agency has to supply at least 10% of Excess plants for replacement of mortality. Diameter and Height of the earth boll of Plant will be considered size of poly bag.

(vii) Supply and fixing of 1 1/4" MS Clump.

Maintenance of Hedge for 3 months replacement of causality and designer cut every week watering, spray of insecticide etc. complete in all respect. (Punjab CSR 32.9) Employ mali as per norms. (Excluding cost of water, Labour work only.) (Rs. 396.22/24x3 = 49.53/-)

(xii) Providing and fixing of 3/4'' GI Socket of unique/ISI Mark.

Provision for supply at site of work. 18" size Roller Type Power lawn mower of Primco fitted with 1HP crompton Greaves Heavy duty Motor, ISI Mark miniature circiut as switch , 100 mtr 2.5 mm copper, doble core cable of Kalinga/Havel ,one pair each of Rubbler glouse, Rubber Shoes.

(xiii) Providing and fixing of 3/4'' Brass Ball Valve of Jolota/ISI Mark.

(x) Supply and fixing of panel board 2HP starter with stell box.

(Punjab CSR 32.16) ( with foliage diameter 0.75 m to 1.00mtr, stem girth at base 5" to 6", in 13" x 13" poly bags more than 8' in stem height of ornamental tree species like Alstonia scholaris, Pongamia glabra, Gravillea robusta, Acacia auriculiformis , Kadamba, Kiggelia piñata, Spathodia-sp, Butea frondosa, Kusum, Bauhinia variegata, Casia pinnata, Delonix regea, Casia nodosa, Casia fistula, Jacaranda mimusifolia,Syzygium cumini , Plumeria alba 9’-10’, Ficus Benjamin 7', Ficus blackiana more than 6', Ficus regionolds more than 6', Chorasia speciosa 7'-8’, Mimusops elingii 8', Polialthia longifolia 8' , Polialthia pendula 8’ , King bush plant 3’- 4’ or other similar varieties as per site. Application of 100 gm DAP Fertilizer and 50 ml Drusban per plant. Stacking with bamboo stick 10 feet height and 35 mm thick painted with green paint Note-Agency has to supply all plants Immediately after start of work,. Species of plants will be decided by the Engineer In charge and Plants will be Inspected by the committee of SDE (Hort.), JE (Hort.) and Executive Engineer. (viii) Providing and fixing of 3/4'' GI Nipple of B-class of 9'' size.

(iv) Supply and lowering of 2 HP Oswal/ISI Mark 12 stages submersible of ISI mark.

(vi) Supply and lowering of Safty Nylon Rope.

Maintenance of trees (a) Maintenance of trees for 3 months after plantation including the watering etc. (this item includes per plant 50 ml of required insecticide, fungicide, 75 gm of fertilizer, 0.0283 cum FYM, replacement of causality with same specie and age of plant and frequent irrigations @ 40 liter water per plant each irrigation .through water tanker and employ Mali @ 1 Mali per 300 no. plants and agency has to supply all inputs before start of work. (CSR :- 32.17b) (Excluding cost of water, Labour work only.)

(i) Excavation for pipe lines running under pressure in trenches and pits, in open areas, where disposal of surplus earth is done alongwith the alignmentIncluding trimming & dressing sides, leveling of beds of trenches to Correct grade, cutting joint holes, cut, Without timbering and shorting upto 1.5 metres depth with timbering and shoring. (HSR 6.8 (b i)

(ii) Providing and fixing of HDPE 63 mm with 6 kg pressure pipe line in already dig up to trench.

(xiv) Cement concrete 1: 2: 4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth (HSR 10.41).

Maintenance of Shrubs for 1st , 3 Months including watering supplied through tractor Tanker.( This item includes per plant 50 ml of required insecticide, fungicide, 75 gm of fertilizer, 0.0289 cum FYM, replacement of causality with same specie and age of plant and frequent. irrigations @ 20 liter water per plant each irrigation and employ mali @ 1 mali per 600 no. plants) (CSR :- 32.19) (Excluding cost of water, Labour work only.)

(xi) Providing and fixing of 3/4'' GI elbow of unique/ISI Mark.

Turfing of lawns with fine grassing (Selection No.1) including, Ploughing, dressing including breaking of clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and Supplying doob roots at 10 cm apart Including supplying and spreading of Farm-Yard manure at the rate of 0.60 Cum per 100 Sqm to entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge. (Punjab CSR 32.6)
