S/I/T/C of Three Phase 125 KVA (CPCB-IV plus ), Diesel Generating Set with AMF Panel comprising of: A. DIESEL ENGINE: 4 Cylinder, liquid cooled, Turbocharged After cooled, developing 156HP at 1500 RPM. This is electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke engine design to run continuously 1500 RPM. Diesel conforms to present CPCBIV plus norms. The diesel engine comprise of following: • Radiator with Fan • G3 as per ISO 8528 Part V class electronic governor • Dry type Air cleaner with service indicator • Lube Oil and Fuel filter • First fill of lube oil and coolant ALTERNATOR: • Electric starter motor with soft starting system • Battery charging alternator • CRDI System • DOC • 1 X 12V DC battery B. Alternator, suitable for continuous operation rated at 1500 rpm 415.00V, 0.80PF, 50.00Hz, Ph. in SPDP enclosure, self-excited, self-regulated Brush less, floor mounted. The alternator conforms to IS:4722,BS EN 60034-1 and will be suitable for tropical condition. ACOUSTIC ENLOSURE: • The Enclosure is of modular construction. • Durable industrial locking system is provided on doors. • The sheet metal components are 9 tanks pre-treated and is Polyester based powder coated (inside as well as outside) for long life. • Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry and exit points inside the enclosure. • In - build draw in type fuel tank of suitable capacity. • The walls of enclosure are insulated with the fire-retardant and noise absorbent foam/Rockwool so as to comply with the noise level of 75dB(A) at distance of 1mtr. in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 part 10 specified by ministry of Environment and Forest. DG CONTROL PANEL WITH GENSET CONTROLLER: The Control Panel is manufactured with 16/18 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather-proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel consists of Microprocessor based genset controller, MCCB of suitable rating, Key Switch, Push Button (starter), LED: Battery Charging alternator fail indication, Current Transformer, Instrument fuses. The genset controller has all the basic safeties and protections. including the cost of 100 Ltr. Diesel, 100 Ltr. Diesel Tank Make:- Cummins,Greaves Cotton,Kirloskar,Mahindra.
