Providing, laying WBM 75 mm (G-I) 63 mm to 45 mm (75 mm each layer) , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.23.2) Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer

Prime Coat @ 0.60kg per sqm Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.25)

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG - 10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.26.2)

Providing & laying 50 mm BM using the reclaimed material to the extent of 30% per cent of the required quantity after carrying out necessary check and evaluation, adding fresh mateerial including rejuvenation as required, grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause No.519. (5th revision) 2013 using bitumen VG-30 (minimum Bitumen content 3.40% i/c bitumen of retrieved material as per job mix formula) using 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant with appropriate arrangement for use of R.A.P, appropriate roller and with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade. The milled material to be used in BM shall be minimum 80% of the theoretical quantity. Note:- If bitumen required is more than 4.50% as per job mix formula, no extra payment will be paid. Extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work (NS) II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with Batch type hot mix plant 100-120 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG - 30 @3.4% transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications Note:- If bitumen required is more than 3.4% as per job mix formula, no extra payment will be paid. Extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a continuous type of hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less not less than 75 tonne per hour, with bituminous binder VG - 10 @ 1.46 kg per sqm, laid with Paver Finisher Mechanical and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clause 510 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.33.1) NOTE-II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat premixed in continuous type HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using specified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen @0.68 kg/sqm laid to specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clause 511 of MORT&H specifications. ( HSR 17.36.3)

Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section -9. This item also includes E/W if required in sub grade for Widening and Shoulder. Earth used for sub grade, shoulder and berms should have minimum CBR of 8%. Note:- No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer

Supplying and fixing of single mould twin shank reflective road studs made out of poly carbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values@ ASTM E 809 & ASTM D 4280. The detailed specifications and the product shall conform to ASTM D4280 and ASTM E 809. The raised pavement marker shall also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 like abrasion resistance and fixed to the road surface using the epoxy adhesive. Two cylinderical polymer shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be moulded in the RPM body. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The marker shall withstand flexural strength of 909 kgf force in accordance with ASTM D4280. Marker lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl Methacrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The supplier shall provide a 2 years warranty for satisfactory field performance as per clause 804.7.3 of MORT&H 5th revision specifications. (HSR 34.34)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (HSR 34.26)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 :2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, oncrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets 1000 mm dia, as per clause 2900 of MORT&H specifications. (HSR 17.61.1)

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- i) Good Bricks @ 5.00/- Each

ii) Brick Bats @ 500/- cum Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.

For 5 Year Routine Maintenance For 1st Year Maintenance as per general condition in contract data @ 30668/- Per Km.

For 2nd Year Maintenance as per general condition in contract data @ 61336/- Per Km.

For 3rd Year Maintenance as per general condition in contract data @ 92004/- Per Km.

For 4th Year Maintenance as per general condition in contract data @ 122672/- Per Km.

For 5th Year Maintenance as per general condition in contract data. @ 122672/- Per Km. In case of any discrepancy in nomenclature/ unit of items of BOQ depicted in the DNIT, the nomenclature/ unit of MoRTH/ HSR & NS items shall be applicable as per norms. Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupees [ITB Clause 14.1]. For routine maintenance, the unit rate indicated by the authority shall apply. The bidder is required to accept these rates. Further, the payment shall be performance based. Note:- It may kindly be noted that the contractor would be obligated to carry out 05 years paid maintenance of Rs. 22.76 lacs as per the fixed rates mentioned as Annexure-‘A’ in the DNIT. However, the item of 05 years maintenance shall not be part of BOQ to avoid any confusion
