Providing and fixing man hole cover on top dome with 3mm thick M.S. plate 1010mm 5 dia. Including welding with 40 x 5mm M.S. flats with lifting hooks including M.S. angle 40 x 40 x 5mm with 10mm dia bolt as per approved plan including cost of primary coat of red lead and painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shed with all labour and material as a complete job. Nothing shall be paid extra on any account.

All items of Sanitary Installations, Water supply & Drainage work appearing in chapter 17,18 & 19 of CPWD DSR ( Amended up to date )

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade or higher mix concrete mix design (1:1:2) (1 Cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 stone chips 20mm and down gauge) cast in situ circular ring beam, bottom dome, conical slab, middle dome beam, top dome beam, tank wall, top dome , ventilator, post & slab on top balcony etc. as per approved plan for all heights including providing and fixing 3 clamps for G.I. pipes and holes for pipes, manhole cover, top ventilators and also providing and fixing 50mm dia. For clamping pipe in circulating tank and providing and fixing 100mm dia. G.I. pipe to indicate full water level accoding to approved plan including making, fixing arrangement for ladders, railing and lightening conductor including cost of mechanical mixing, compaction of concrete, centering, shuttering and scaffolding complete. (Excluding steel reinforcement and cement only). Nothing shall be paid extra on any account. Note:- Cement & reinforcement required will be paid separately under USSOR-21 & relevant DSR CPWD-2021 item respectively

Providing and fixing internal top ventilators in the center of the top dome with 6 Nos. of angle iron frame of 30 x 30 x 5mm angle iron fixed to the top dom and columns with 6 nos. Of 6 8 mm dia anchor rod 270mm long in each puddle for providing and fixing expended metal and 20mm x 60mm stands 3.25mm wide and 1.6mm thick and mosquito proof galvanized M.S. wire mesh of 100 gauge with wire of 0.60mm and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shed including one priming coat of red lead as a complete job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

All items of Concrete Work & Reinforced Cement Concrete appearing in chapter 4 & 5 of CPWD DSR ( Amended up to date )

Providing and fixing lightening conductor of 25mm x 3 mm copper strips with 300mm 7 projection including fixing to the center of the top cover slab of the ventilators with aluminium down conductor in accordance with I.S. specification 2309-1969 with earthing at depth of 1.00 Mtr. Below ground level in accordance with IS specifications including all heights, all labour and material as a complete job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing & Fixing in position fabricated iron and G.I. pipes 20mm dia. in railing of stair case, landing, landing platform, balcony around manhole steel ladders including all fabrications 4 such as plates, rounds, squares, angles plates including cost for cutting bending, notching, hooking, welding, revetting etc. as per approved plan for all heights including cost of priming coat of red lead and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shed on ladder inside the tank including all labour and material as a complete job. Ladder inside the tank will also be made.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade or higher mix concrete mix design (1:1:2) (1 Cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 stone chips 20mm and down gauge) cast in situ RCC columns from top of ring beam in foundation and up to bottom of circular beam as staging along with bearing beams, RCC 2 stair case,landing platform as per approved plan for all heights and depths including cost of mechanical mixing & compaction of concrete,centering, shuttering and scaffolding complete, (Excluding steel reinforcement and cement only). Nothing shall be paid extra on any account. Note:- Cement & reinforcement required will be paid separately under USSOR-21 & relevant DSR CPWD- 2021 item respectively
