FINISHING // EXTERIOR FINISHING // Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : // New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Hiring of machinery for minor miscellaneous works for short duration including 2 operator/driver, fuel, lubricants and consumable. The contractor shall arrange all statutory permits as required by rules and regulations prevailing in the area of work. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site. JCB Backhoe Loaders 3DX Plus or similar with minimum 1.10 cum bucket capacity

FINISHING // Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. // Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : // Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE // FORM WORK // Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for // Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE // DESIGN MIX CONCRETE // Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in- charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. // All works above plinth level upto floor V level // Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING // Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE // STEEL REINFORCEMENT // Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. // Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

EARTH WORK // Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE // DESIGN MIX CONCRETE // Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.
