Epoxy Bond Coat: Providing and applying epoxy resin bonding agent which shall be a solvent free epoxy based two component resin system like Nito bond EP Fosroc or equivalent of approved make. The bonding agent shall be applied by brush & should remain in tacky state after application for a minimum period of 5-6 hrs. @ 30 deg C. Product shall achieve 10 N/mm2 shear strength as per BS 6319 standards. (For measurement, patch area of repair work will be taken.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Polymer Modified Mortar for Repair on walls and bottom Slab of tank: Providing and applying a single component, ready mix powder which requires only the addition of clean water RENDEROC SP 40 to produce a highly consistent, hand and spray grade, repair mortar. W/P ratio shall be maintained 0.18, in maximum 15 - 30 mm thick layers. Applied mortar shall achieve 20 mpa in 1 day and shall compensate drying shrinkage <1000microstrain as per ASTM C-157-93 at 28 days,25 mm average thickness, (Patch work area can vary from 0.3 to 1 sqm), Make - Fosroc or Equivalent (Patch work: area can vary from 0.3 to 1 sqm), Make - Fosroc or Equivalent, (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Internal Waterproofing: Cleaning the surface and making it dust free after removal of existing loose material with the help of blower etc. All honey combing shall be repaired with Randroc HS Extra / GP 2 special repair mortar & removing of extra and loose concrete from the surface to make it smooth for waterproofing. Supply and application of cementious waterproofing membrane Nito Cote CM210, an elastomeric cementitious coating suitable to be used with potable water. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0 - 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure. It shall have the capability to resist a positive water pressure of 5 bar and a negative water pressure of 3 bar when tested to European standard CEN/TC 67-67072:2003-part A 7 All Rainwater pipes, sanitary pipes & other related pipes to be fixed before waterproofing. Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead, thickness 15 - 30 mm (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Providing and laying micro concrete with Fosroc GP2 @ Grout as per material consumption mentioned below with the help of peddle mixture concrete mixer 100 - 150 kg material consumed which covers 1 sqm area in 50 -75 mm thickness average For Jacketing of beam, columns & wall, this is the minimum requirement, material consumption will also be monitored for billing purpose. Make - Fosroc or Equivalent(Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Providing and applying external cement plaster in patches ( Average Thickness 50 mm ) of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on external surface of tank. Including material shifting From GF to 3rd floor and scaffolding charges, height arrangement will not be paid separately. (Patch work: area can vary from 0.3 to 1 sqm), (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Providing and applying 12 mm cement plaster on internal surfaces finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) Including material shifting from GF to 3rd floor (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Injection Grouting at Construction & Kicker Joints Only: Providing and laying injection grouting treatment by drilling GI threaded nozzles to 1/3rd the depth of the concrete, of 15mm dia. as specified by Engineer-In-Charge to the reinforcement while chocking both the ends of the nozzles. After the concrete pour, pressure grouting the nozzles with hand machine of requisite pressure so that the cement slurry is injected into the capillaries and thereby creating dense concrete. Suitable grouting admixture like DR. FIXIT PIDICRETE AM to be admixed with cement slurry so as to make the mix more flowable, non-shrink expanding and watertight. Nos. 198 Flushing / removing the nozzles from the structure and plugging the holes with Dr. Fixit Epoxy Repair Mortar in all complete. Note: For vertical walls, nozzles to be placed after drilling holes in the concrete at construction joints and carried further as above, Make - Fosroc or Equivalent(Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )

Disposal of debris/Malba generated out of complete scope of work in above work outside ICAT Premises for all lead and lifts, work includes lifting from 3rd floor to GF and disposal at suitable place outside ICAT campus all complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge. (Range of construction – 20 m to 22 m )
