Vertical Protective Screen: Providing and fixing heavy quality non woven fabrics protective screens made out of specified fabric (hessian Cloth / HDPE plastic mesh) with necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the entire duration of work on the outer periphery of scaffolding to control debris & dust from spreading beyond construction area. Job included removal of screen after work/as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Nylon Net for Horizontal Safety: Providing erecting maintaining and removing temporary protective Nylon Net with all necessary fixing arrangement to ensure that it remains in position for the entire work duration. Nylon safety net shall be made with 12mm nylon rope all-round, with 6mm Nylon rope tied to 12mm rope both ways at 100 mm distance apart, Providing HDPE Safety Net over it with tying the same to 6mm nylon rope firmly etc. complete as directed.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; consisting of MS pipe, angles, sheet including all necessary fittings, and warning signs all complete as per specifications / instructions of the Engineer-in-charge and removing the same after completion of the job.

Chipping: Chipping of loose concrete from Slabs, beams, columns & all other concrete surfaces to expose sound concrete beneath using light chisel & hammer & also preparing concrete surface to receive further treatment, disposing the debris as directed.

Surface Preparation: Overall surface preparation of the concrete surface and where there is no repair also to remove all dust dirt loose material etc. with wire brush, for preparing the surface to receive protective coating for overall surface.

Brick work Removal: Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within premises at a suitable stacking location 230 mm

Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

Cleaning of deposition: Cleaning of deposition, debris etc. over floors, roof, around the structures, etc. manually and/or mechanically to enable the repair works to be executed including stacking of serviceable material and disposing of malba, building rubbish etc. outside the works area for all lead & lift complete.

Reinforcement Cleaning: Cleaning reinforcement of total rust by tapping or using wire brush or any other suitable way including from behind and around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust-free finished steel surface. Measurement shall be on basis of repaired surface area. Note: Surface Area of concrete shall be measured for payment.

Rust Removal: Providing and applying approved chemical rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application. Measurement shall be on basis of repaired surface area. Approved Product: Rustoff 100-Sika/ Reebaklens RR (Forsroc) / Rustkleen (BASF) / Rust Remover -Dr. Fixit / equivalent)

Corrosion Inhibition: Providing & applying migrating corrosion inhibition treatment to the entire repair concrete repair surface, Including exposed reinforcement steel. The product shall have proven track record and shall be applied at an average consumption of 600 ml/m2 in two to three coats. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed.

New Reinforcement: Providing & fixing new reinforcement of various diameters as required at site in the form of mild steel and/or steel confirming to IS 456:200 and lapping, welding, anchoring suitable to the old reinforcement including cutting, bending with all tools & tackles etc. complete. Note: Rebarring/Shear connector shall be paid separately under respective items

Shear Keys: Providing and fixing shear keys using 10mm diameter TMT bars after drilling holes of 12mm diameter and 100mm depth on the concrete substrate, cleaning and grouting the holes with two component epoxy resin based anchoring grout or equivalent material. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles, transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed.

Anticorrosive Treatment to Steel: Providing and applying single coat of zinc rich anti corrosive coating such as Nito zinc primer in 40-micron thickness to the exposed reinforcing bars after application of rust remover on main and lateral links all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Repaired surface area shall be measured for payment.

Nozzle Fixing: Providing & Inserting non returnable 12mm dia MS / PVC injection Nipples in concrete including drilling holes of required diameter upto depths from 40mm to 80mm at required 450mm c/c spacing (Staggered or as advised by Engineer-in-charge) Item is inclusive of providing and fixing packing grout for nipples & Cutting the nipple by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements etc.

Injection Grouting: Providing and applying injection grouting through the nozzles provided into the cold joint cracks, cracks/ honeycombed areas by suitable grouting pump at a pressure not exceeding 2 kg/cm2, including all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Low viscous (200 - 300 CPS) Epoxy Resin / Master inject 1000 BASF / Conbextra EP10 of Forsroc or equivalent.

Epoxy Bond Coat: Providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar / polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat or equivalent material in one full coat. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Products: Nitobond AR of Forsroc / master Emaco 141 of BASF / SUPER LATEX of Dr. Fixit or equivalent)

Polymer Modified Mortar Treatment: Providing and laying of polymer modified single component, alkaline resistant fiber reinforced, duel shrinkage- compensated, thixotropic, cementitious patch repair mortar or equivalent material that achieves compressive strength of 35 MPa at 7 days and finishing with trowel carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface on the beams, slabs. pile caps etc., where the thickness of application is less than 50mm in patches as per specification after applying bonding coat (bonding coat shall be payable separately). Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed. for reconciliation purposes, pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed.

Polymer Modified Micro-Concrete: Providing and laying of polymer modified micro-concrete or equivalent material blended with washed, saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded, low absorption, high density aggregates of size 8 mm & below up to 50% by weight of micro-concrete and water at 4 lit. per 25 kg bag and pouring into the form work using suitable pumping device for uniform flow of concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. Item rate inclusive of all materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, curing, etc., complete as per specification and as directed. Formwork will be paid separately on the basis of item of Make: Dr. Fixit Micro-concrete / Fosroc- Rederoc-RG or equivalent as approved by PMC (Rates including cube sample test reports from recognised testing laboratory)

Form Work: Providing, Fixing & removing water tight shuttering (form work) using film coated 12 mm thick plywood sheets can be made for micro-concreting the beams & columns in line and level with proper supports. Item rate is inclusive of the materials, all labour, supervision, tools and tackles, and transportation etc., complete as per specification and as directed.

Rebaring: Introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC, including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth as per drawings and as per manufacturer specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using Hilti RE-500 V3 chemical or equivalent (Rate shall include cost of labour, T & P for power drilling in concrete, epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzle etc complete including cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing air. (The cost of reinforcement shall be payable separately). 16 mm diameter, depth 160 mm.

Rebaring: Introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC, including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth as per drawings and as per manufacturer specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using Hilti RE-500 V3 chemical or equivalent (Rate shall include cost of labour, T & P for power drilling in concrete, epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzle etc complete including cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing air. (The cost of reinforcement shall be payable separately). 12 mm diameter, depth 120 mm.

Rebaring: Introducing new reinforcement bars for structural connections in RCC, including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth as per drawings and as per manufacturer specification, fixing the reinforcement in position using Hilti RE-500 V3 chemical or equivalent (Rate shall include cost of labour, T & P for power drilling in concrete, epoxy cartridges, plastic nozzle etc complete including cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing air. (The cost of reinforcement shall be payable separately). 10 mm diameter, depth 100 mm.

New Brick Masonry: Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm / 15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed), of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in- charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. “All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Profile B 13.3.1.1 Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb
