Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 50 mm to 75 mm thickness (Grading II) Providing and laying 50mm - 75 mm dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete, as per technical clause No. 505 of MORTandH specifications

Wet Mix Macadam. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.as per technical clause 406 of MORTandH specifications

Bituminous Concrete 30 mm to 45 mm thickness (grading II) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP Providing and laying 30mm - 45 mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG - 30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications updated

Recovery Item- Credit of unusable material received from Milling of DBM i.e. 80% of obtained material. The Quantites of the above material have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However agency may visit before quoting rates and asses the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual scarifying / milling and if material after milling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of qouted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reverse rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below reserve price will be considered for all purpose in case the agency qoutes lesser than reserve price. The price qouted against the recovery material shall have minimum reserve price of 1539.32/- per cum).
