Operation & Maintenance cost for MPS and all other allied works as per details provided in tender, under the contract for 10 years as well as for defect liability period of 12 months which includes basic service charges having expenditure and expenses required to be incurred on labour, repair and / or replacement of materials, equipments, consumable items, water and all other matters and items of what so ever nature, essential and desirable to run the system satisfactory, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, as per Scope of Work & terms and conditions of contract etc. complete.

45 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant - Design, drawing, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning (including 3 months trial run) of 45 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant as defined in the DNIT, below based on SBR Technology consisting of inlet chamber, screening chamber, grit chamber, Equalization Tank, Primary Clarifier selector tanks, SBR basin, Tertiary Filter, chlorine contact tank, sludge Collection, sludge handling system - Centrifuge, Transformer, power station - connect to grid the generated power, CCTV cameras, Online Monitoring arrangement for laboratory for measurement of various parameters of untreated and treated effluent etc., complete in all respects as per scope of work and detailed specifications mentioned in the Bid document including all civil, mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc. and all other relevant works. The work also includes provision for treated waste water to the drain (if required as per the site requirement) and also includes providing street lighting in campus complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. In addition to this equipment at the testing laboratory shall be provided at Badshahpur only as per the specification. Online Analyzer. etc.

Sewage Pumping Station 45 MLD Tapping of outfall of sewage and Intake from nearest Manhole & Design, drawing, construction of Receiving Chamber, Main Sewage Pumping stations as detailed below consisting of extension of any other existing sewer to MPS, inlet chamber with sluice gate, screening chamber with screens , collecting tank, CI/DI double flanged delivery pipe , NRVs, dismantling pieces, gate valves, header pipe , specials, lifting arrangement with RS joist & chain pullet block (5T) along with supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of non- clog sewage submersible pumping sets fitted with efficient motor , mechanical seal, thermal & moisture sensors, suspension device, auto coupling bracket, guide pipe, panel, panel room, Genset, all other building , electrical, mechanical, civil works complete in all respect as per scope of work & specification provided in tender Document
